The most popular version of wellpoint system, IGE 81/32, is based on flexible wellpoints, 32 mm in diameter, in standard 7 meters length.
As compared to conventiona, common types, the IGE-81 wellpoint system has the following properties and advantages:
- reduced amount of work when installing and uninstalling the system (connections between wellpoint and suction header pipe and between individual header pipes are simple, quick and leaktight, light materials – alluminium suction headers,jetting pipes),
- low-cost, light wellpoint 32mm – it gives reduced amount of work when installing and uninstalling the system, there is no need of additiona flexible connector between suction header and wellpoint – our wellpoint is directly connected into suction header joints. Simple wellpoint lowers also the total cost of the system,
- easier transport and reduced labour demand involved in transport (light materials for wellpoints and suction headers and reduced amount of components),
- wellpoint durability, which allows for their repeated use
- different jetting pipe types in two lengths, added to the set, which make it easier to install wellpoints in different soil conditions and at any depth.
- very low cost of wellpoint D32 comparing to other solutions
- simple and fast jetting of wellpoints – 2-3 workers without heavy machines are enough for installation of the system, very light alluminium jetting pipe,
- easy removal from the ground- useful removal tool attached to the wellpoint system set
- repair sets available for easy replacing of damaged filters

Suction header pipe
Suction header pipe is use for connection of wellpoint filters with wellpoint pump. Typical length is 5 meters with 5 connections for the filters (every 1 meter).

Flexible wellpoint 32
Flexible wellpoint 32 is made of flexible and semi-transparent polyethylene tube, ending in a screened filter – length 0.3m, 0.6m. It is used to draw water from soil.

Discharge pipe 133
Through/discharge pipes may be used to remove water discharged by the pump unit, extend the system sections, connect suction header pipes and system elements distant from each other. Discharge pipe is optional element of the system.

Flexible hose 133
The flexible hose is used to connect the wellpoint system suction header pipe to the pump, or to alter the direction that the suction header and discharge pipe are lying
Standard length is 3 meters.

Female end cap 133
Outside stopper( female end cap ) is used to close suction header end. Moreever, it may be used to close off the pump suction connection while checking its ability to generate vacuum.

Bend 133/90 degrees
It is used to change suction header pipe or discharge pipe direction 90°.

Jetting hose
The jetting hose is used to connect the jetting pipe to the flushing pump. The hose is practically a set of jetting bend and pressure hose (fire-hydrant type).

Jetting pipe 89/108/133
Jetting pipe is made of D89, 108 or 133mm tube, ending on one side in male connection and pull and on the other side in tooth/zigzag-shaped cuts, and is used to install(set) wellpoints in soil when it is required to use wellpoint sand filling(prefilter). It is offered in several lenghts (for example 4.5m and 6.0m) in order to facitilate wellpoint setting (jetting) at various depths. Depending on the ground conditions there are used pipes with diameter 89,108 or 133mm.
